What is the most pressing civic issue facing your community ?Since I am kind of fresh I my recent community ( I moved to Chicago 3 months ago ) I did not have occasion to face many problems. However, I noticed one thing that have to be changed. The number of people on the streets, sleeping under the bridges. Especially right now, when winters comes to Chicago. Some of those people had hard time and need a hand, place to stay, job to start with or program which will give them particular skill. We have potential which is wasted on the streets. More and more younger people starts to beg for money. For someone is a short-cut but for someone is just great belief that they cannot achieve anything or knowledge that nobody care about them. Sometimes belief in those people and incentive is enough to make an inpact.

Why I wanted to join i.c.stars?● I am a member of i.c.stars because I feel that I need a mentor, and

somebody who will shape me that I will be able to influence other people in the future.
