DAVID KWOKFOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN OF THE SINGAPORE ANIMATORS CONNECTION (SAC)CEO OF TINY ISLAND PRODUCTIONS AND CG PROTEGE ANIMATION SCHOOL David is a strong advocate for the development of the 3D animation industry in Singapore and is responsible for setting the strategic framework for the association to address the industrial and educational concerns of its members.
Today, as the CEO of Tiny Island Productions and CG Protege Animation School, David continues to work in close collaboration with industry players and government authorities to promote the Singapore 3D animation industry.

Graduating in 1997 with an MA in TV Drama from Goldsmiths College in London, Michael has worked as a filmmaker, coordinator, film programmer and film archivist in Singapore, USA, Australia and the UK.
He was the former Assistant Director of the Animation and Digital Arts MFA program at NYU Tisch Asia in Singapore.
Credits include a global campaign for UNICEF featuring Jackie Chan and a Harry Potter film.
MARK WEEDIRECTOR OF ‘THE ANIMALS’INDEPENDENT ANIMATION FILM MAKER
Mark Wee is an aspiring animation filmmaker who loves creating, designing and watching all forms of animated films; 2D, 3D and Stop-motion – especially Stop-motion.
He hopes to discover the endless possibilities of storytelling through animated films and strives to be able to tell that one, universal story through animation.
Mark graduated in 2014 with a BFA from the Nanyang Technological University, School of Art, Design and Media in Singapore. He is now pursuing a Degree of Masters in Animation Arts.
VICKY CHENCO-FOUNDER AND FESTIVAL DIRECTOR OF CARTOONS UNDERGROUND
Vicky founded Cartons Underground in 2012 with the vision to promote independent animation shorts by award-winning local and international animators. Since its inception, Cartoons Underground has grown and transformed beyond a festival and into a platform for young animators to feature their work and connect with industry experts.
