North: Empanadas de Famaill:

Ingredients: kilo of meat, 7 onions, 2 boiled eggs, a cup of broth, salt and pepper, and some oil.

Preparation:

1) Boiled de broth with the salt, Then add meat and cook for one hour and a half

2) Cut the onions and put oil in a bowl

5) Make the empanadas with the padding

6) Cook the empanadas in the oven

Cuyo: Locro:

Ingredients:

1,5kg of tapa de asado, 350gr of pig, 350gr of bacon, 350gr of chorizo, 350gr of corn, 350gr of beans, 2kg of squash, 5l of boiled water and 1kg of onions.

Preparation:

1) Cut in pieces the meat

2) Cut the squash

3) Cut the onion in tiny pieces

4) Add meat, chorizo, pig and bacon. Later add the boiled corn and let it boil everything for 2 hours

5) Add the beans and let it boiled one hour more

6) Four hours later, put it out from the oven and add salt and pepper

Patagonia: Pickle Mushroom:

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves, 4 onions, 3 carrots, 1 red pepper, a cup of water, a cup of vinegar, a cup of oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

1) In a pan add oil and some garlic cloves

2) Add previously boiled, carrots, onions, red pepper and mushrooms

3) Add more vinegar, oil and water, and put it in the oven for 10 minutes

4) Took it from the oven and put it in bain marie for half an hour.

Pampeana: Carbon Squash:

Ingredients:A squash, 1kg of meat cut in pieces, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 3 carrots, 3 potatoes, l of broth, 3 tomatoes, 3 corns, half cup of rice, salt and pepper.

Preparation: 1) Cover the squash with metal foil, and put it in the oven for one hour

2) Boil the rice

3) Put in a pan meat, onions, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and red pepper

4) Add the broth and let it boil everything

5) Add rice, salt and peper

6) Fill the squash, adding some cheese.

Mesopotamia: Chupin:

Ingredients:

Lemon juice, 4 fish steak, 2 onions, A red pepper, 3 garlic cloves, kg of tomatoes, 1l of broth, half a cup of white wine, 3 potatoes, cookies, salt, pepper and oil.

Preparation:

1) Squeeze the lemons over the fish steaks and add salt and pepper. Later roll it all up

2) Cut the onions, red pepper and put it on a pot. Later add tomatoes and broth.

3) Cut the potatoes and add it to the pot. Let it boil for 5 minutes

4) Add the fish steaks and leave them there for 10 minutes.

5) Serve on a plate.
