SamSmith- I’m not the only one

Colours in this music video are dull and boring. There’s not brightness in the music video. There’s plenty of people in the video. There are 3main people.

In the music video, the song cuts to the beat after its introduction. It has about 5-8 seconds each cut on average.

Dull colours are used in this music video because its about someone cheating on someone.Costumes- Smart. Example: White Dress, Suit and Tie. Looks like they’re ready for a special occasion. Props- Alcohol, FagsLocation- Club, House, Shop, Car, Garden, StreetFacial Expression- Depressed, Crying, Sad, Shocked, Sexual, Smile at the end.

Camera Shots- Medium Close up, Long Distance. Extreme Close Up, Head Shots.

Budapest- George Ezra

Id say the location of this music video is set in a dark, surrounded area. Maybe in a hall, with so many people just waiting. So dark, dull colours, although there are some brightly coloured clothes that break it up and stand out.

Spot light on George whilst he is singing proudly. The music video cuts straight to the beat. Its roughly, 2seconds, but in the beginning it 15 seconds but it moving in closer to George. There’s no effects but there is a spot light on George in the middle of the music video whilst he is singing.

The people all have very similar clothes on and very bland make up on. Not a lot of colour is added into this music video and the music video is very repeated. They have the same thing pretty much over and over again, just in different shots.

The people in this music video are sending off a vibe that they are waiting for something. As they’re all standing around, waiting for something to happen. Like a massive waiting game.

So many kinds of shots have been used,

Waves- MrProbz

So much colour is in this music video, its eye catching. A beach. It has a little story behind it, throughout the whole music video a man is practically chasing after a girl because he can see their love fading away, “Drifting away, feels like I'm drowning”.There's two main people in this music video.

There's a few special effects on this music video, but nothing major. Just adding an effect on the colour. This music video has a long introduction lasting about 49seconds; until singing actually comes into it.

On average its normally about 1-9 seconds before clip change.

Bright repetitive colours, Gives off a good impression.

Casual worn out clothes for the love-lost man. Smart, petit little

clothes for the distance-lover girl.Setting: A Lovely Beach. Bedroom,

Street, Club, Bonfire.Props: A car, Phone, Camera, Alcohol (Party, Club) Drink.

Facial Expression: Happy, Love-Lost, Smiles, Confused, Lost,

Curious.

Costumes and Make up add expression and detail into everything. Shows what its really about, not a lot of make up is used in this music video. In my opinion, a lot of makeup doesn’t need t be used.

The setting of this music video is mainly set on a beach, this fits into the music video because the song is called waves. And it talks about the waves “slowly drifting” but what his actually talking about I his love, slowly drifting away.

Long shot has been used a lot, normally around 60%, Close ups are vaguely, like 10% and medium shots are used quite a bit, like 30%.

In this music video, they haven’t experimented much with their camera movements. Its normally just straight on, on what's ahead of them.
