The image to the left here is a showcase of discovery in two ways. The first of which is the discovery of new life with the puppy running around on a carpet. The second piece of discovery in this image is the perfectly captured image of a puppy playing with its toy. Since the dog is a puppy it is only just getting used to playing with toys and the face that has been captured really shows the surprise. The image on the right is again a showcase of discovery in two different ways. The first of which is the discovery of the baby animals and the animals themselves discovering everything around them for the first time. It is also the discovery of friendship between two different species and two baby animals.

These images all showcase the discovery of new life and discovering new things that the animals can do. Images of the duck swimming for the first time or the kittens jumping around playfully showcase very well timed photography based around the theme of Discovery.

This is one style of editing that I would really like to experiment with. The usage of double exposure to almost merge a person and a building together into one. This will allow me to incorporate architectural photography, which is my favourite type of photography in with some interesting editing styles and possible work with portraiture of people. Doing this will mean that I have to experiment with saturations and colour levels to ensure that the images flow well into each other.

The amount of possibilities that I have with this style of photography and editing are almost limitless. There are numerous different ways to incorporate the two styles together such as the style that is on the left or the style underneath, despite looking similar is different, the outline of the mans whole head is there and has been filled with images of buildings and trees whereas the images on the left are akind of continuation shot from a persons head merging into a building. Both are really nice styles of photography and I would like to experiment with them both.

Another idea that I had after some consideration would be to attempt to combine a number of different techniques together the give my photographs an interesting outcome.

The combination of these two styles of technique will allow me to put into motion an idea that I think would look great. I want to take a picture or multiple pictures of outside of a building. In this instance I have used Castle Howard as an example as I went there to take photographs in the past. I would take the image from the outside and open it as a Photoshop document.

For the next part of this task I would need to go inside of the building and take some shots of different rooms in the building, if possible from different angles.

I would then take the shots of multiple different rooms and use an editing technique such as the crack and peel in the corner. I would then make certain windows from the outside crack and peel away. In the gap that is left I would take the pictures of the rooms and edit them in a way so it looks like you are getting an insight into the building from the outside.

This would take quite a lot of trial and error as I would be learning new photographic techniques as well as editing. The thought of this is exciting as I love challenging myself and learning new techniques that I can use in the future.

This allows me to combine my favourite style of photography with an editing style that I find interesting.
