2. Walt had a very unique childhood. Walt was born on December
5th, 1901 in Chicago,Illinois. In 1906, the Disneys moved to a farm
inMarceline,Missouri where he loved to ridepigs! When the Disneys
moved to Kansas City, Waltran a newspaper route for the Kansas City
Times.
3. Walt had a fun and exciting life. When Walt was 21, he made
the Laugh-O-Gramcartoons. Walt was 24 when he got married to
LillianBounds on July 13, 1925. In 1966, Walt died of lung cancer
on December15.
4. Walt had great accomplishments during hislifetime. Walt
released a Mickey Mouse film calledSteamboat Willie in 1928. Walt
appeared on TV in One Hour inWonderland in 1950. When Walt was 54
he opened Disneyland on July17th, 1955
