I knew several people involved in Agnus Consulting before applying for an internship: These were the kind of hard-working, value-driven people I wanted to identify with. Hav-ing concluded my internship, I am now proud to be a part of the team.

The learning curve was steep. I

received constructive criticism and encouragement from my mentor, enabling me to perform on a par with the other team members. There is always a clear understanding that in Agnus Consulting, we work together as a team for the best joint results. I will aim for the same growth envi-ronment for future interns.

After being offered an internship at Agnus Consulting, I was perplexed by the Firm’s rare combination of intel-lectual excellence, focus on delivering impact, and respect for the power of personal relationships.

I have seen how deeply Agnus Consult-ing cares about maximizing the potential of the individual: My first responsibility

was to take the lead on constructing a document on Chinese innovation, co-operating with external experts in the field. The document was presented to the leaders of one of Europe’s lead-ing media companies. They expressed great interest in the results. Agnus Con-sulting made the success possible: The mentors expected me to progress and perform – with their guidance.

A friend recommended that I apply for Agnus Consulting’s internship – and for that, I am extremely thankful. I soon discovered that Agnus Consult-ing’s approach is quite unique: The interns are expected to contribute real value, not solve constructed and arti-ficial cases. Early on, I was entrusted client responsibility. This challenged me on multiple levels. But through the

close guidance of my mentor, Agnus Consulting ensured a growth that en-abled me to meet high expectations.

At the conclusion of my internship, I joined Agnus Consulting as a junior associate. My professional journey continues to be one of excitement and rewards. I look forward to invest-ing in future interns.

I was triggered by the opportunity to contribute actively to a wide range of exciting projects. Having heard of Ag-nus Consulting’s exceptional environ-ment, I applied for an internship.

I was shown great trust from day one; empowered to take ownership of meaningful tasks. I worked with senior consultants on delivering a proposal

THE AGNUS CONSULTING WAY

In Agnus Consulting, we invest in people. We do this in several ways. One way is that we regu-larly offer internships to outstanding young people who want to explore the consulting business for a period of one to six months. We strive to provide client-oriented tasks whenever we can. We want our interns to come as close to our clients as possible. We assign overall responsibility for meaningful deliverables so that our interns can show owner-ship and responsibility.

Most importantly, we provide each intern with a mentor. This enables our interns to thrive,

excel, and succeed; reaching ambitious goals. Naturally, we invite our interns to all of the Firm’s seminars and social gatherings – before, during and after the internship period. In this way our interns get a thorough understanding of our busi-ness and they get embedded in our network of associates.

We have been inspired by a number of talented interns. This is a true privilege. Some of them have already agreed to work with us as full-time associates following their internships. We look forward to becoming acquainted with more.
