The BISCUITERIE DE CHAMBORDwas created at the endof the 70’s. Mr Jean-Claude Sinet, a chicken farmer andeggs merchant goes through a bad patch with his eggs. The economic trends are not favourable. Thanks to areconversion project he embarked on the biscuitsfabrication. The “Palet Solognot” (rum and grape) biscuitis baked in the pure respect of the traditional recipewhich has been making its reputation in the region.

The development is growing, especially in the Loir-et-Cher region. New recipes are created such as thepastrycooks “petits fours” with amarena cherries…

The successors of Mr Sinet, Mr Collin, stayed loyal to thetraditional and genuine recipes with high qualityingredients.

The "BISCUITERIE DE LA POINTE DU RAZ" pastryproducts are baked in the pure respect of thetraditional recipes which has made theirreputation since 1936.The secret of their inimitable taste lies of coursein the artisanal method of baking, but above allin the choice of the ingredients. The butter, a topquality of which is required to produce theexceptional flavor of our products, is a freshsuperfine cask butter resulting of its naturalmaturing over 15 hours' period.Today, unfortunately, the trade name "withbutter" is granted for all sorts of butter, even thecondensed butter.Nevertheless, while tasting our genuine Bretonbiscuits made with fresh first grade cask butter, you will be able to see the difference!

Located in a large house of the 19th century,it reveals scents of old recipes, simple andnatural with fresh eggs, wheat flour andfresh cask butter extra-fine (without coloringor preservatives).
