To provide the library users information services in support of instruction, research, and/or curricular offerings and thrusts of St. Scholastica’s College Manila, through updated library resources and services.

REGULAR SEMESTRAL SCHEDULE:

7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Mon – Fri8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Saturday

Notice of vacation hours, holidays and any other changes will be posted on the library bulletin board.

DURING SUMMER / CHRISTMAS BREAK SCHEDULE:

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 12:00 n.n. – 1:00 p.m. Mon – Fri1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Saturday

• To acquire, organize and update the library’s collection to support the College Unit’s teaching-learning program.• To encourage students to read beyond the requirements of the curriculum.

- For their own development and enjoyment - To acquire the necessary skills and habits to continue their education even after graduation.

• To work with faculty in integrating information skills, knowledge of information sources, and the use of technology in accessing information needed to strengthen their instruction, research and extension programs.
