• Redundant UPS power, backed by batteries and powerful emergency generators, provide sufficient backup power to keep facilities operational at maximum load

On August 14, 2003, the Northeast experienced the

largest blackout in U.S. history. Commercial power was cut to

37 Level 3 facilities, yet not one facility experienced interrupted

power. During the blackout, Level 3 generated enough

power to support 10,000 homes.
