Discuss with manager and supervisors on what additional technical training is required for the teams to produce error free products and services every time.Conduct a survey on team’s motivational levels.

Action:

Design and execute appropriate Training programs that not only builds on team’s competitiveness but also brings the team together. Conduct a feedback survey to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
