COMPANY PROFILE – ELEGAN Z

Introduction – The key to running a successful business is in the chemistry, dedication and

single mindedness of the head & the staff. Moreover, a crucial driver is the value addition

that may attract clients towards the quality of our products/services/deliverables.

The enterprising and ambitious Managing Director of Elegan Z, Akshay Pakvasa, worked in

Sharjah, U.A.E. for approximately 10 years, during which he was associated with leading

Architects and Interior Designers from the U.S., U.K., Middle East, Europe and Australia. He

returned to India in 1988 and started 3 independent companies – Inscale, Vista and Module.

After 8 years of independent functioning, it became necessary to consolidate and establish

an institution which would professionally carry the works to further heights. The

proprietorship company graduated to become a private limited company and thus Elegan Z

Interiors Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 1996. This gave a new direction and vision to the

company, to scale new heights in the Interior Contracting business. As curtains draw on the

year 2006-2007, many new doors are opening to Elegan Z as it continues to stride ahead to

conquer new challenges. Financial Institutions, Banks, Corporate Offices, Disaster Recovery

Centers, 3rd Generation Mobile Call Centers, Research & Development Centers…. the list is

long and growing steadily as Clients and Architects witness and acknowledge the

superiority of Elegan Z in planning, innovation, execution and delivery.

Elegan Z – About Us

Prestigious projects in Mumbai, Bangalore and other cities in India are now being bid for,

acquired and executed with smooth efficiency. In a market characterized to an extent by

lack of the professional approach, Elegan Z took the lead and established the benchmark in

1996 when it was institutionalized as a Private Limited company.

The Establishment – The seeds were sown with a humble start in interior decoration and

contracting of offices. Gradually, under the able leadership of its founder Akshay Pakvasa

and with the support of an experienced team, Elegan Z started making inroads into

Financial Institutions, Banks, Corporate Offices and large projects for Call Centers and R & D

Centers.

The Present – Today, Elegan Z has positioned itself as force to reckon with in the market

with over 100 completed assignments since 1988 in cities all over the country and several

on going projects. Rightfully, it has staked a strong claim as a market leader to the fore.

The Future – The vision and the commitment that have guided the company through all

these years, will be the stepping stones as Elegan Z gears up for a major expansion drive.


The Organization – Elegan Z has a dependable, experienced and close-knit team of

dedicated personnel and in-house agencies to meet even the most challenging

requirements of Clients and Architects. Its experience in coordinating outstation projects in

terms of timely delivery of men and material on site, without compromising on cost and

quality, can be best judged from the fact that every single outstation and local project has

been completed as conceived and on time.
