Conclusion & Closing GAPs

Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is the right thing to do.

After thinking through all the alternative courses of action that could be taken ask these questions to evaluate each:

1. What would be the real reason behind this choice?

2. Who benefits if I make this choice?

3. How would I want to be treated in this situation?

4. What have I done to know how the others involved in this situation would want to be treated?

5. Is there any other choices or option that would better serve everyone involved?

6. What additional responsibilities fall to me in this situation because of my leadership role?
