Gravity rollers Of particular benefit to gravity applicationsare our free runningbearings that allowgravity conveyors towork to their optimumlevel. We have a widerange of other optionsincluding mild steel,stainless steel andplastic products, delivering a handlingperformance of up to500kg per roller.

Grooved conveyor rollersGrooved rollers for lineshaft conveyorsare available with zincplated steel tubes andstainless steel tubes in a choice of tubediameters from 35mmup to 60mm. Single ordouble grooved at oneor both ends of theroller are most popular.You can choose thenumber and location of grooves, while anti-static constructionis standard.

Fixed and friction drivenrollersFrom 50mm diameter medium duty rollers to102mm diameterheavy duty steel rollersfitted with welded steel sprockets, wecan meet your specification. Singleand double sprocketoptions are available.

24V DCMotorRoller Our 24V DCMotorRoller is the onlyone manufactured inthe UK. We typicallymake these on leadtimes of between1 and 5 days. TheFastrax 24V DCMotorRoller is dimensionally interchangeablewith all other makes of24V DC MotorRoller.We can groove rollertubes, fit Poly-Veedrives and alsosprockets to theserollers.

Plastic rollersOur plastic rollers offer a low cost alternative to stainlesssteel but still with greatperformance throughthe use of high impactrigid PVC tubing.These rollers are idealfor conveying lightweight productsand when combinedwith stainless steelbearings and spindlesthey are perfect for use in humid or wash-down environments. A sealed bearing roller is also available forarduous applicationsand can be used as a belt return roller.

Tapered rollersWe manufacturetapered rollers to suitan inside radius ofeither 500mm or800mm. Both sizescan be assembled with a choice of bearing types to suityour requirements.Free running bearingsare best suited togravity conveyors,while precision bearings are usually fitted for continuousrunning applicationssuch as grooved orsprocket driven rollers.

Belt conveyorrollers The range includesbelt snubbing and belttensioning rollers, andsupport rollers for rollerbed belt conveyors.Precision bearings arefitted as standard andare best suited forcontinuous running,even at high speeds.Sealed versions arealso available for dirtyand arduous environments.

Rubber coveredrollersEach roller type we manufacture can be rubber covered, with rubber wall thicknesses of 2mm to 20mm. You canchoose from either standard natural black rubber or white food-grade non-markingmaterials. Rollers can be covered across theirfull width or in sectionsto leave uncovered areas for grooves or sprockets. Other colour options are alsoavailable, including blue.

Polypropylenerollers andidlersFrom 50mm diameter snubbing rollers to164mm diameter drive drums, we manufacture to suityour individual designs.They can be madeeither with integralbearings or plain shafts machined to suit external bearings.Shafts can also bemachined with keyways and tubeswith a centre groove. Send us your drawing and we can manufacture to your design.
