Must have• Exceptional UI design skills using tools
such as Photoshop and Illustrator• In depth, extensive knowledge and
understanding of CSS, HTML and JS• Experience of working with frameworks
such as ‘bootstrap’• Able to deliver elegant code to our
development team for integration and effectively communicate UX concepts
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Proven experience in prototyping and wireframing
• Experience of dealing with and catering for multiple languages and cultures
Nice to have· Copyrighting skills· Multilingual· Able to work onsite in Cumbria as required· Basic JAVA and/or Oracle knowledge

The online shopping experience matters to you. You want people to enjoy your design and appreciate its intuitiveness and elegance. You’ll care about how a site makes someone feel and also the lasting impression it leaves both with them and with the people they decide to share it with. You’re full of ideas and want to be a part of something big. You love buying online and have first-hand experience of how design can delight shoppers. You love sketching and explaining your ideas to others using wireframes, whiteboards, bits of paper and random late night e-mails.
You love working with Developers and understand the complexities of how your designs impact their workflow. You’ll have an awesome portfolio full of e-commerce sites that are designed for all major devices and browsers.
