LESLIE’S BIRTHDAY!!!

It’s Leslie’s birthday! Happy Birthday Leslie. When we woke up, we went downstairs; and Leslie opened her presents.

Leslie got some rollerblades for her birthday. She started roller blading outside. Peter, Leslie, and Daddy roller bladed around the block.

Peter and Daddy tried to roller blade on the half pipe. We had some falls. Peter got a big cut. Leslie fell nine times. Peter fell and fell and fell.

We decided to play STREET BALL. Street ball is a sport where you block off the road. You make goals with cones.

We used ladders to block the balls from going under the cars. We use hockey sticks, balls, and roller blades.

First we had to pull out the cars and make the signs. The signs said “Street Ball – Please Drive Carefully”. Leslie and Peter painted the signs. Daddy helped a little. Peter and Daddy played a lot of Street Ball.

Lee Hewey drove up in his “Willys” jeep. We chatted with him for a while. We invited Lee and his family to come play Street Ball later. We invited Beth Hewey over to plant a fairy garden.

Then we played a little bit in Leslie’s brand new sprinkler. When we turned up the pressure, it went SUPER HIGH CRAZY! Peter’s cut had lots of blood. In order to clean it off, he ran through the sprinkler.
