INNOVATE LIKE GOOGLE• In the last couple of years Google Ventures helped

hundreds of startups and establishedorganisations (e.g Airbnb & Slack) to identifyproblems and test solutions by conducting the so-called „Google Design Sprints“

• In 2016 Google published a book about their 5-day sprint process

• MAK3it is one of the first team in Europe toimplement the Google Sprint process

DESIGN SPRINT DETAILS• The goal of the sprint is to identify and understand customer needsand problemsand to

continuously test new solutionswithin 5-day cycles• The intensive workis conducted in 4 - 6-headed teams along with an experienced MAK3it

facilitator• Option: Depending on your demand (e.g. for IT-specialists, designers, marketing, etc.) MAK3it

experts could additionally contribute to the project as fulltime team members• 5 days, fulltime, daily from 10am to 5pm
