Humility is an overlooked ingredient of long term business success, but I believe it’s the major ingredient of phenomenal, long term success in business.

Humility is about being on the same level as your employees. Its recognising that true leaders are there to serve their followers, so that you win for yourself by giving and empowering others.

The opposite of humility is arrogance and this can come easily with something as simple as a job title where employees can become too self important.
