MEASURING OF PERFORMANCE After stetting up of standards the performance of the employees is measured by evaluating the actual work done by employees.

COMPARE PERFOMANCE AGAINST STANDARDAfter measuring the performance the manager compares the actual performance with the planned performance and standards.
