Individual differences are the facts that make people different from each other. We all know that we are different from each other.. in many ways such as : our physical aspects, our likes, dislikes, interests, values, psychological makeup and the list goes on. In other words... the whole "Personality". No two people or animals can be THE SAME, they can only be similar. If there would be no individual differences there would be no quarrels and moreover.. there would be no Love too !!

An Ability is an individual’s capacity to perform the various task in a job. Contrary to what we were taught in school, we weren’t all created equal. Everyone has strengths & weaknesses in terms of ability that make him or her relatively superior or inferior to others in performing certain tasks or activities.

An individual’s overall abilities are essentially made up of two sets of factors:• Intellectual Abilities.• Physical Abilities.

PHYSICAL ABILITIESThe capacity to do tasks demanding stamina, dexterity, strength, & similar characteristics comes under Physical Abilities.• Nine basic Physical Abilities:• Dynamic Strength.• Trunk Strength.• Static Strength.• Explosive Strength.• Extent Flexibility.• Dynamic Flexibility.• Body Coordination.• Balance.• Stamina.

The capacity to do mental activities such as Thinking, reasoning, & problem solving comes under Intellectual Abilities.

-Deductive Reasoning.

-Spatial Visualization.

-Memory.

Conclusion

There are various factors which talk about individual differences, but the biographical characteristics state what and how people are different from each other in terms of age, gender and tenure and there also are various studies which bring out contradicting ideas.The abilities help us understand the capabilities of different individuals.
