Program outline for Architect Meet – 2012

Concept Name: Kohler Meet –New Delhi – 2012

(The meet name is kept in order to bring alive the essence of the brand and hence creating brand image)

Activity Phase: There are 2 phase process namely

Phase 1: College Architect:

Targeting Professional College Architect Students to give them an opportunity to showcase their Designing Talent. They would be asked to design bathroom range and submit to Kohler for further recognition

Awareness Exercise:

∑ A designed e-mailer is sent to the college head informing them about the exercise

∑ Kohler Team to visit the shortlisted Architect College and bring out the essence of the exercise

∑ Branding to be placed in the selected colleges

Note: The Phase 1 exercise to be executed at least 1 month prior to the mega Event....

Participation Process

1. Candidates to send us their Designing2. Kohler appointed panel of Judges ( Renowned Architects ) to shortlist the best 5

designs ( Note: Short listing Criteria will be shared by the Client and Architect to the Agency )

3. Top 5 designers would be eligible for the Mega Event4. They would compete against each other with the challenges thrown by the Panel of

Judges in front of the Architects and Company representative...

Note: Again the completion module will be constructed by the Panel of Judges and Company

Benefits

∑ Would be exposed to renowned Architects

∑ Shall have an opportunity to showcase their talent in front of the company ( Kohler ) and Architects

∑ Kohler would present Cash XXXXX to the top 3 winners along with Participation Certificate and Trophy

PHASE 2: Mega Event

∑ A five star venue is chosen for the gathering

∑ The premium Scotch brand would be sent to the targeted Architects along with a formal Invitation

∑ Showcase of the products –Hero Products to be highlighted by the Agency

1. Purist Lav Faucet – PGD finish2. Purist Lav Faucet – BGD finish3. Symbol Lav Faucet – AF finish

Rest of the products would be client’s responsibility

However we shall apply upgraded technology to showcase the highlighted products. Though the showcase technology which we are looking would be to place Rotation Mechanism with lighting Effects and the coverage would be on Enlarged LED to capture the attention of the Audience. Other products would be placed normally with normal light effects having one hostess representing each product to enhance the essence of attraction.

∑ Registration Area created along with a Backdrop highlighting Kohler Presence....Backdrop Creative Communication: Kohler Branding in the form of its existence in different countries with a blinking ( Light Technology )

∑ Stage and other Branding Collaterals to be constructed very elegantly.

∑ Designing Awards to be conducted by the professional Anchor having Designated Panel of Judges

∑ Formal Presentations to be conducted by the Company Members. Anchor to drive the same.

∑ Interactive Activity to be designed by the Agency to make sure there is maximum participations by the T.G

Entertainment Options:

We have designed a few options keeping in mind the taste of the T.G

1. English and Hindi Comedian: Veer Das or Papa CJ2. Dance Show: Theme Based by Professional Dancers3. DJ: To Enthrall The Audience

Option 2:

1. Sophie Choudhary or Manasi Scott2. Dance Troupe

Option 3:

1. Fashion Show: Would Highlight the product Category2. English and Hindi Comedian: Veer Das or Papa CJ

∑ Award to be given to the winners by the Chief Guest ( Highest Designated Architect )
