At present, we have 5 independent manufacture rooms and world

-class equipment, such as extra-large pressing machines of 6000 tons &

2500 tons, intelligent medium frequency induction bending machines（Ф

711,Ф1016,Ф1524), 12m & 4m natural gas heat treatment furnaces, etc. All

these equipment can meet the production requirements of all the piping

products specifications in the industry and guarantee the high-efficiency

supply of Longtaidi products.

In addition, we are the only one factory that makes use of special mechanical

method to produce bimetal mechanical lined pipe in China. Our company

has the whole set of lined pipe production equipment, such as 2xWAD-

600t/6200 forming machine, L-4500/12500 weld overlaying machine,

XZ-500 straightening machine, which can ensure the annual production

capacity of 20000 tons of lined steel pipes.

There are more than 40 members in our professional inspecting team, including physical and chemical testing persons, nondestructive

testing persons, welders and special equipment operators. At the same time, we have a whole set of testing equipment, such as Germany

Oxford FMP desktop direct-reading spectrometer, Bedlack portable direct-reading spectrometer, XXH3505 X ray flaw detector, 1000KN

electro-hydraulic servo tensile test machine, etc.

We have our own strict quality control standards in all key production

procedures, such as from design to production, from purchasing to delivery.

And longtaidi has established a perfect quality monitoring system and

endeavors to fulfill our quality aim of 100% pass rate before delivery.
