not work you to the bone

Why Balance Is Important
Create set work times when you work for clients or customers
- Whether kids or at school or you can coordinate a sitter
- Never during evening times or early mornings
Give each client a time you will work for them
Email 3 times a day
Meetings to a minimum and urgent only
Create Boundaries
Your time is no longer only your time
Your wife isn’t going to want to spend time with you at 5am, your daughter
isn’t going to show you her cartwheel at 5am, use that time to get creative with
your work
Write blog posts, work on an ebook, scheduling social media for the day,
working on goal list, create a list of important things to work on, use this time
to prepare for the day

Create a Google Calendar that is shared with your family
Share your work time, your free time, and make sure you work AROUND
your family’s schedule
Use alerts and reminders
Use Google Calendar to keep a running to-do list, and move around items to
different days to get things done without overloading your day
