1. Online Marketing

• Use Facebook, Youtube and Twitter to garner attention from the public

• This can be done by starting various campaigns which the marketing team is better equipped to think of.

2. Focus on Tier-2,Tier – 3 cities

• Big cities already have a well established network of pharmacies. There is not much scope of improvement in delivery in these cities.

• Instead, we can focus on cities like Bhubaneswar, Patna, Guwahati, Madurai etc.

3. Partnership with doctors

• Make a separate portal for doctors. Customers can choose doctors the same way they choose medicines.

• There can be an option for doctors to connect with patients through video calls as well.

• Proper verification of the credentials of the doctors needs to be done for this. Only when there is an adequate amount of trust, will we get an inflow of customers.

4. Partnership with hospitals

• Hospitals can advise patients to directly opt for medicines from their homes.

• This would increase awareness of our company as well as build the brand.

• Big hospitals, which have their own clinics wouldn’t agree to this, as it would harm their revenues. To bring them on board, we can look into providing them marketing or any other related services.

• Students from colleges are a huge pool of potential customers. Also, they are generally tech-savvy and are more open to using online portals for buying goods. So, we can partner with colleges and increase our visibility through promotional campaigns.

• Organic search results are a great place for potential customers to find the company.

• One way to guarantee this is by creating practical, useful content for people to view. Hire expert content creators for this.
