And by 2025, the majority of the workforce is expected to be full of millennials. However, articles around us, along with the popular stereotypes generalize millennials into a category full of irrational, ignorant and immature people. Yet, they also have qualities that can be turned in positive ones. In order to work with milliennials, you need to understand their needs. It's a matter of helping them help you.
