Hiring ProcessChildcare professionals are given extensive state- mandated

background checks as well as federal screening. Only the best of the best of the best become part of the MOMS Event Solution, Inc. Team.

Lead Childcare professionals are required to:Have extensive local and state back-ground

checks/screeningHave 30-clock-hour certification or moreHave extensive ongoing, planning, child development

education and training.Have First Aid/ Adult and Infant CPR certifications Have Special Needs/ Inclusionary care training and/ or

experience
