employee engagement, one of our primary

goals at Incentive Solutions is to lead by

example. All of our employees are enrolled in

an online reward program exactly like those

that we provide to our clients, one that

reflects our organizational objectives. Our

most important company values are printed

in a small booklet called The ISI Way. Each

of our employees keeps a copy of The ISI

Way, and we use our internal incentive

program to reinforce its cornerstone

principles.

Take pride and ownership in all tasks.

Always ask yourself if you’re doing your

best work. Take our company’s success

personally. Ask yourself, “What would I do

if I owned the company? How do my

actions affect profitability and reflect on

our organization’s culture?”

The Value: “Take It Personally”

How We Demonstrate It

Our emphasis on ownership and accountability is reflected in our Quick Points

modules. With Quick Points, incentive program administrators can give On-the-

Spot certificate awards to employees at any time. These certificates place

importance on the ongoing pride in one’s performance, not just meeting

deadlines and doing bare minimum work. Quick Points are rewarded for

behaviors such as finishing projects early, drawing in and closing spontaneous

new leads, to taking time out to help a struggling colleague. Those who earn

Quick Points are reminded of their vital role in the workplace.

Focus on achieving great results.

Challenge yourself constantly. Good is the

biggest enemy to great. Remember that

your success falls completely under your

control.

The Value: “Act Now”

dedication to swift but excellent performances. With this module, our managers can

check in on the progress of the sales departments. With promotion and reward data

immediately accessible, they can instantly see who is most engaged with the

incentive program and who is inputting the most sales claims. The visibility of their

performance helps motivate salespeople to improve their sales and rise in rank. We

used Performance Tracking this past summer to engage our Account Coordinators’

excellence in three areas: attendance per time sheets, time spent resolving

customer issues, and data entry. The winner of the challenge won 10,000 points in

our internal incentive program.

Look for opportunities to help your

colleagues, even if it means doing

something not listed in your job

description. Be willing to identify and

act on opportunities to help others. Be

proud of each other’s success –

celebrating together is what

distinguishes us from a typical

workplace.

Our Total Recognition Suite is a social media

module we developed specifically to boost

employee engagement through peer-to-peer

recognition. People are often very comfortable

using social media platforms to stay in constant

contact. They’re excited to check the latest

posts and conversations. The Incentive

Solutions Recognition Suite is updated weekly

with new employees receiving accolades from

managers and peers alike. Our employees love

to congratulate each other for their help and hard work.

We developed the Learn & Earn module in order to help departments stay educated

on any organization topic. Learn & Earn modules can be used as training

supplements, tests of product knowledge, or initiatives for employees to expand

their expertise. Regular surveys and quizzes give employees the chance to show

that they want to learn more about their industry. Our internal survey results help us

monitor company issues, track the success of our policies, and give everyone in the

organization a chance to share their thoughts and opinions.

productive office environment has been simple: establish

clear organizational values, then enforce those values in our

daily activities and interactions. Using our own incentive

program technology has played a major role in keeping our

staff engaged and enthusiastic to work with one another. It

also improves our relationships with clients. Sarah Smith,

Account Manager at Incentive Solutions, says, “Being able to

participate in our own internal rewards program really helps

when talking with clients about the benefits of these types of

programs. My clients always seem to appreciate hearing

about what I personally redeemed my points for. It’s fun to

share those experiences and it gets the clients excited

because that’s what we would expect from their program

participants, too.”

When people ask us how we achieved such an outstanding

company culture, our answer is always the same: by practicing what we preach.
