Increase of 25% dividend pay outs

Statement: Dividend on OFC’s (Options for Future Certificates) has been paid, August 4th for the Second quarter 2010. The dividend payout was 0.05 cent per OFC.

We are proud to announce an increase of 25% dividend payout, compared to the 1st quarter of 2010.

Unaico on firm ground - Ready for future challenges 2010 have so far been a thriving and exciting year for Unaico and SiteTalk, but also challenging. As Unaico has experienced tremendous growth there has been a recent focus during the sum-mer on ensuring that the business and company structure in every way stand on firm ground to withstand any challenge that may come in the future.

An important part of this is the legal structure, to make sure that every part of Unaico complies with the different jurisdiction Unaico and SiteTalk face as a global venture. A team of lawyers based in Germany with thorough experience in MLM/network marketing legal issues, has now in cooperation with Unaico revised the structure of our businesses in accordance with legal standards in Europe and globally and will co-ordinate all subsequent potential revisions throughout Europe. This will also be extended to the Asian market together with competent lawyers there.

An example of this process is that all legal documentation on the Unaico/SiteTalk websites has been brought up to date, enhanced where required to our present business model using European law as our basis.

Also of this week, Unaico Ltd has become a client of one of the biggest and most important corporate consulting, advisors and auditors in the world. They will immediately start to prepare a listing of Unaico Holding Ltd and advice on corporate structure of the holding and its subsidiaries.

The Unaico Global Team is now more than ever ready to take a huge leap forward and will be a formidable force to be reckoned with in the time to come.

GLORY - UNAICO ASIA CONFERENCE 2010 – PHUKETThe GLORY - UNAICO ASIA CONFERENCE 2010 – PHUKET 15th of August is soon coming up and WE look forward to meeting you there and expect nothing but a tremendous experience. WE will of course bring a news report of the GLORY - event.

Also this past week Unaico got one new Vice President and one new President ranked member.
