Insurance Survey A leading insurer recently told a national television news audience that

97% of its claims from the 2007 Wildfires have been satisfactorily settled;  The California Department of Insurance has reported receiving only 29

underinsurance complaints from San Diego County relating to the 2007 Wildfires.

Yes! After the 2003 Cedar Fires Stonefield successfully rebuilt 81 homes in the Whispering Ridge area of Scripps Ranch. This resulted in a lower cost per square foot, additional amenities and customization, and in some cases larger homes. The Scripps Ranch Rebuild was the most gratifying project we have ever worked on. We were the pioneers and became the national blue print for group rebuilding following a natural disaster.
