business What They Do
- Manufacture clothes for the uniform industry. Have been in Business for 52 years
Background Great grandfather was a custom tailor for men's clothing Joes father opened up Greco apparel with the knowledge
leaned from his father Started the business to provide better clothing and prices Joes training consists of a BBA from George Washington The company was a family business so already had a ton of
experience from growing up

Steady clients Good vendors Friendly, Knowledgeable, and hard working staff
Challenges Companies buying less Bad economy Competition of outsourcing
Most Challenging Part Keeping clients happy Providing them with on time delivery as well as exactly what
they asked for Doing all this also keeping the price competitive while also
keeping up the quality These challenges were overcome by bringing in more
business to make up for the loss

Always stay ahead with your work Read everything including potential deals and services Be willing to take risks
Summary I learned that takes a lot of dedication and time to run you
own business. But in the end of the day if your happy doing what you want your in the right place.
