DESCRIPTION
In today's corporate environment, many individuals feel pressured to compromise their values, principles, or beliefs. They compromise what they know is right because they believe that is what it takes to get ahead. Compromising one's beliefs only results in feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, and depression, and once someone begins to compromise their values, it can be incredibly difficult to recognize what their core values once were.
