Dear {Mr/Mrs/Ms} Name, {USE EITHER GREETING AND FIRST NAME OR GREETING TITLE AND SURNAME}

Remember to have a blank line between the greeting and the body of the email. Also remember if you use a bulleted or numbered list to design it like this:

1. Your first point 2. Your second point3. Your third point – also remember that if your text goes on and on and takes up a complete line that you

need to keep the second line as you see here

Then remember to have a blank line between the paragraphs in the body of your email. You do not want to indent at all. Ensure that you use good grammar, punctuation, spelling and capitalisation as well. Ensure that you leave a space after punctuation.
