Remember to have a blank line between the greeting and the body of the email. Also remember if you use a bulleted or numbered list to design it like this:

need to keep the second line as you see here
Then remember to have a blank line between the paragraphs in the body of your email. You do not want to indent at all. Ensure that you use good grammar, punctuation, spelling and capitalisation as well. Ensure that you leave a space after punctuation.
Have a blank line between the body of the email and the closing or salutation as you see below.
