The Story So Far…
Snow White, a national professional association (membership of 50,000), has special interest groups/professional sections.
The Evil Queen, the leader of one of the professional sections, is unhappy with the national organization.
Doc calls a staff meeting and sets up a board call.
Plot Twist 1
Sneezy informs Doc that Dopey gave a copy of all the membership contact information to the Evil Queen (who is, after all, a member). It was unintentional, he was just trying to provide good customer service, but now the Evil Queen has full contact information for all 50,000 members.
Plot Twist 2
The Huntsman, who can’t follow directions, takes action on his own, speaks with the dissident leadership to try to get them to “return to the fold.” He told the splinter group that they had to come back.
