It creates caution. We don’t suggest that you’d become neurotic and just freak out every now and then. That’s no longer a healthy dose of paranoia. Rather, you are stricter when it comes to processes and procedures that you have developed or what you are about to come up. Most especially, when you are assuring the quality of your product.

You are always one step ahead. Think of the brighter side. You’re always one step ahead of your competitors when you are paranoid. You always innovate and come up with better solutions to almost everything that would come your way. Isn’t that amazing? Having the lack of so, could lead to major problems along the way.

It provides answers. When you are paranoid you’ll find yourself constantly asking ‘what if’ or ‘what are’. When questions are raised, answers are given. Hence, paranoia doesn’t make you a control freak of some sorts. Okay, maybe just a little bit of so. However, if the success of your company requires paranoia, would you take it? Of course, you would.

It proactively builds solutions. Without you noticing it. Paranoia is not good if you don’t effectively transfer that into building solutions to your problems. Yes, you have the answers and yet you’re not doing something about it, then it is absolutely useless. It is important that you create viable and visible solutions to your answers. So let a healthy dose of paranoia do that for you.
