OVERVIEW

If there is anything this

nation (Nigeria) and the

“third world” needs for

such a time as this, are

men and women “who are

what they do.”

APPLICATION

Men whose motivation is not gain-driven, but

influence-driven.

Men whose definition of success is not measured by

material acquisition but the number of destinies

impacted.

Men whose level of significance is not tied to the

position they occupy, but in „who they are‟.8

Excellence is not a project, act or job description ; excellence is a way of life. It includes going beyond the normal call of duty, stretching our perceived limits and holding ourselves responsible for being our best. (see definition of excellence).

Excellence is more than well done.

Excellence on your job, means:

iii. To produce works of distinction.

iv. To constantly upgrade and refine.
