Communication is the transfer of information from sender to a receiver with a view to making it understandable to the latter. It is the information exchange by words or symbols.

Derived from the Latin word “communis” “Bridge” to transfer our ideas, thoughts and information between two or more people Purpose of creating mutual understanding and confidence
