Personal Mission Statement

My name is Kaitlin Christensen. I am in my third year at Northwood University where I am majoring in Advertising and Marketing and minoring in Management Information Systems. I am involved in American Marketing Association, collegiate DECA, Entrepreneurship Society, and Women’s Varsity Soccer. I believe my time management and organizational skills is what has got me noticed. My first year of college my professor recommended me for a Marketing Internship. Moving up the totem pole now I am currently a Field Marketing Coordinator and In-house graphic designer for over 80 child care centers nationwide. I continue working remote during the school year, which has broadened my communication skills immensely. I have the ability to know what communication method works best for certain situations. As a college athlete, competition is imbedded in me. I have a strong passion for getting to know this industry and growing to my fullest potential.
