IF THERE IS ONE THING THAT

YOU REALLY NEED RIGHT NOW

IN YOUR PERSONAL OR

PROFESSIONAL OR WORK LIFE…

THAT YOU DO NOT ALREADY

HAVE, WHAT IS IT?

Page 6: Coaching n mentoring

CAN YOU TELL ME

MORE ABOUT THAT?

Page 7: Coaching n mentoring

IS THAT WHAT YOU

REALLY, REALLY NEED

OR IS IT JUST

SOMETHING THAT YOU

ONLY WANT?

Page 8: Coaching n mentoring

WHAT MAKE THAT

SO URGENT &

IMPORTANT TO

YOU RIGHT NOW?

Page 9: Coaching n mentoring

TELL ME, HOW

WOULD YOU KNOW

THAT YOU HAVE

ACHIEVE WHAT YOU

WANTED, WHEN YOU

HAVE ACHIEVED IT?

Page 10: Coaching n mentoring

ON A SCALE OF “0 TO 10”,

WHEREBY “10” IS

ACHIEVEMENT LEVEL OF

WHAT YOU WANTED, AND

“0” IS WHERE YOU HAVE

NOT DONE ANYTHING

ABOUT IT YET, WHERE DO

YOU RANK YOURSELF

NOW?

Page 11: Coaching n mentoring

CAN YOU EXPLAIN

WHAT MAKES YOU

RANK YOURSELF AT

THAT LEVEL?

Page 12: Coaching n mentoring

WHAT WILL BE SOME

OF THE CHALLENGES

YOU WOULD BE

FACING IN ORDER TO

ACHIEVE WHAT YOU

WANT?

Page 13: Coaching n mentoring

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE

LEVERAGING FACTORS

THAT CAN HELP YOU MOVE

FORWARD TO ACHIEVE

WHAT YOU WANT?

EG.: WHO CAN HELP?; WHAT

EQUIPMENT CAN BE USEFUL?; WHICH

DEPARTMENT CAN PROVIDE SOME

ANSWERS?...

Page 14: Coaching n mentoring

IF THERE ARE ONE OR

TWO THINGS THAT YOU

WOULD DO IMMEDIATELY

AFTER THIS SESSION, TO

MOVE YOU UP TO AT

LEAST ONE POINT ABOVE

THE SCALE WHERE YOU

ARE NOW, WHAT WILL

THAT BE?

Page 15: Coaching n mentoring

OK…WE WILL MEET

AGAIN IN THE NEXT
