Communication

Communication means transfer of

emotion, idea’s, views, feelings of one person to another people.

Communication is Two way traffic:-

means it includes both sender & receiver.

It is never ending:- means it is an continuous process.

Important parts of communication

Sender:- He is the person who think some thing is necessary or important for the receiver.

Massage:- It is an important matter which has to be send by sender and received by the receiver.

Encode:- Make the massage in the from of some symbols, sings, pictures, digit, to maintain secrecy this is called as Encode the massage.

Channel:- Sender send the massage with the help medium such as phone, telegram, e-mail etc. this medium is called as channel.

Decode:- Convert the massage in to simple language from that sing & symbol is called as encode the massage.

Receiver:- It is the person who receive the massage and give feedback to sender.

Feedback:- When the receiver send the report to the sender that he understand massage, than it is an feedback to that massage

Barriers of communication

Personal barrier:- Your style and character (rude, polite,

shy, outspoken) Preparation & presentation Lack of clarity (pronunciation, pitch,

etc.) Lack of credibility Timing

Physical barrier:-The barrier comes due to the

physical or virtual object and it effects to the communication process that is called as physical barriers. Like noise or partition between sender and receiver.

Semantic barrier:-The Barriers comes due to the

language is called as semantic barriers. Most of the difficulties in communication arise because the same word or symbol means different things to different individuals.

During communicating with higher authority lack of confidence disagreement between verbal & non-verbal communication

pronunciation By develop habit of reading–start

By using Personality development factors and

communication skills correlation of my experience with respect to job which I would take up in the future:- Clarity, Correctness, Courtesy and Completion. Make eye contact while you communicate with

other person. Always maintain your facial expression with words

which you use. Communication must be in positive language. Always be in a neat & proper grooming. Positive attitude.

Verbal:-

Use of correct words can impress professionally attached people, and it gives as a status in society.

Non-Verbal:- Body language can help us to explain what

we mean. Our expressions can make some one to pay

attention. Our voice modulation can give more impact

in world. Confidence can given positive impact on

others.
