DESCRIPTION
The career development field is very broad and requires many different skills and abilities to be effective in today's challenging environment. How do you maintain you leverage? What do you choose to focus on? How do you stay up to date? How do you fit in your learning when there is so little time? This dynamic and interactive session will address these questions and more in two ways. To begin, you will experience a participatory process for learning about best practices. This will be followed by current research on best practices for professional development.
