Project Proposal Engineer
Description
The Project Proposal Engineer will support the Sales Team by providing equipment design layouts using CAD design packages, generating technical sales proposals, preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring that proposals are compliant with internal procedures and leading the handover of secured orders to the Engineering Projects Team. Although the appointed individual will only be expected to work away from home 1 night per month, the Project Proposal Engineer will be required to travel throughout the UK, Europe and South America to complete site surveys and risk assessments, assist with machinery trails and finalise contracts.
Applicants must hold qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline and be a proficient user of CAD software. Also, they will be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar position or as a Design/Poject Engineer for a company who supply Food/FMCG machinery.

Engineering Manager
Description
Working for a well established, medium sized food business, that manufactures chilled products for many of the major retailers and foodservice groups. Even within difficult market conditions the company has seen exceptional growth in production volumes and has realistic plans to increase volumes by a further 50% over the next 3 years and recruit an additional 75 staff in production, technical and engineering.

Description
This leading designer and manufacturer of highly automated food handling and packaging systems is renowned for supplying cost effective machinery to Food & Drink producers across the UK and Central Europe. The Projects Engineer will be required to travel to various locations throughout the UK and meet with customers to identify their true machinery requirements. Field Service Engineer
Description
Visiting a wide range of food manufacturing customers throughout the UK, the successful Field Service Engineer will be tasked with the installation, commissioning and servicing of equipment. This will include electrical and mechanical repairs, machinery trouble shooting, analysing faults on PLC systems, liaising with production teams, ordering parts and ensuring customers receive a reliable after sales support. Engineering Team Leader (Days)

The successful individual will provide leadership and direction to a team of 6+ multi disciplined engineers across various functions within a food manufacturing facility. Capital Equipment Parts Manager

Field Service Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Electrical Controls Engineer
Description
The appointed individual will support electrical, control & instrumentation systems throughout this high-speed Food & Drink production facility. They will successfully integrate automation systems and an implement an effective controls maintenance schedule, whilst cross-examining current programmes and practices on PLC’s to ensure they meet the needs of production.
The Electrical Controls Engineer will also work alongside the project team advising and developing project scopes for PLC based systems with other interfaces, working on scope, design, costing and overseeing the installation and commissioning of systems. A high level of personal drive and willingness to train others are key requirements of this role, as is proficiency in the use of Siemens S7 and the ability to safely make adjustment to electrical distribution systems.

Production Manager
Description
The Production Manager will oversee the activities of 35 staff within a busy food manufacturing environment and will be tasked with scheduling work to meet the production plan, allotting duties to the team, overseeing materials usage, managing and minimising waste, liaising with Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring Quality levels are maintained through both raw materials in and finished products, and ensuring Health & Safety and food standards are maintained in line with current and future legislation.

Production Planner
Description
Responsibilities of this role will include formulation of a production plan that minimises downtime and delivers service levels. Also, to control finished goods and WIP stock levels so as to minimise disposals. Applicants need the ability to work accurately as they will formulate raw material figures and operational requirements and process all customer orders within the Planning systems.
The Production Planner will also act as a pivot point between departments for the purpose of effective communication, and this communication will include liaising with the customer/s. To be considered for this role, all applicants must have the following skills/experience: Good GCSE passes (or equivalent) in Maths and English, relevant Planning experience gained from within a high-volume manufacturing environment, excellent numeric and written skills, advance IT skills.

Hygiene Manager
Description
Managing the site Hygiene System, the jobholder will ensure that all documentation is available and effectively communicated to other departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities include: accompanying the Company Technical Manager on Hygiene Audit Inspections and being available for Internal Quality System Audits as required. The appointed Hygiene Manager will ensure that all staff are familiar with: Health and Safety regulations and requirements, and COSHH and Disciplinary regulations.
The jobholder will ensure that direct reports are recruited, trained, developed and understand their accountabilities. Food Technologist
Description
The role will involve working closely with a small NPD team, formulating ideas and concepts, assessing price and material information, running trials in the test kitchen, testing the manufacturability of new products and introducing products into to full scale manufacturing. This role would be suited to a Food Graduate who has a minimum of 9 months work experience gained from within the UK food industry. The company manufacture 'high quality' products and have BRC accreditation.

Senior Food Technologist
Description
The jobholder will manage a small team of Junior Food Technologists and provide support to Internal, Local and European customers, encompassing every aspect of the product development process, from Product Concept through to Final Product launch. Daily tasks will include concept work within the development kitchen, working with new recipes, the completion of product specifications and the presentation of new products into prospective customers.

Product Development Manager
Description
The individual appointed will manage New Product Development activities and facilitate professional development opportunities for members of the NPD team. They will supervise project teams and manage a team of Food Technologists, Technicians and Sampling. A key task will be to ensure the assigned functional area meets financial, quality, and service goals.
Other duties include managing the work flow of New Product Development, Process Development, Value Engineering and related projects and tasks. This will include the co-ordination of the validation and up-scaling of new products and improved recipes in several plants. Our client is a leading Food Logistics business, based within the Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire region. Buyer (12 Month Contract)
Description
The focus of this role will be on design to print role and New Product Development purchasing, and will involve the jobholder liaising between NPD, purchasing and Account Managers. The Buyer appointed will be required to have specific responsibilities in the following areas: Critical path management, New packaging design delivery and ensuring launches are delivered on time. There will be a further requirement to ensure all new suppliers are approved and are best fit for the site.
They will have responsibility for commercial and supply arrangements for all food products across two sites. Commercial Business Manager
Description
The initial task of the Commercial Business Manager will be to identify and scope the market opportunity for the business to enter a new food category. There will then be a requirement to develop the consumer proposition and lead the development of all aspects of the project (product, packaging, commercial, logistics, sales and marketing) through to full in-market launch.
