Gamble on an awesome product and amazing team. Totally paid off.

First day sent to SF

Dingy first Yammer EMEA office where we ran out of furniture and everyone was family

We played softball.

We partied.

We were acquired because we were beating giants. 2 years after the acquisition we’re changing the world at scale.

Advice from people smarter than me

Find something you love

Failure is good + no one knows what they’re doing!

Be open minded

Do focus on the short term too because no one knows what will happen anyway
