Data value in tool tip makes it easy to read quickly

Individual segments can be given their own respective filters so that you can drill down further

Trend chart showing various questions or parameters in the service and its performance vis-à-vis last 7 months/weeks

These are segmented reports that are divided based on the view that you need. Here we have 6 different reports in one screen

Reports VOC

VOC Bucketing has been done using our proprietary Natural Language Processing software. Using the automated buckets generated by the system (post training) have been used for the VOC reports.

These are actual customer VOC that have been bucketed and shown in the above reports.

Admin Screens - Users

Filter through existing list of users to either delete or modify

Add new users or delete users who are no longer in the system. When adding you can assign different roles such as Admin, Analyst, Uploader, or View Only.

Admin Screens – Rules for Data Exclusion

We can also create rules for data exclusion to remove bad or skewed data from the final reports. This can be made on demand. Above shows Banking data exclusion rule based on requests made by branches.
