Violence in the workplace. Every few days, there is another story on the news. One day, it may be a convenience store shooting;

the next, a sexual assault in a company parking lot; a few days later, it’s a disgruntled employee holding workers hostage,

or a student attacking a teacher

Maximum employees are feel safe at their workplace.

Employees are feel comfortable to talk about safety issue.

They have enough adequate measures to protect them.

No one ever physically and sexually harassed in this organization.

Maximum employees are agreed that the supervisor or managers are take suitable corrective actions.

A few number of employees are not feel safe at their workplace

Some employees are neutral and few are agreed that they face threat in workplace.

Few employees are agreed that they didn’t have sufficient training on workplace violence prevention.

Most of the employees are in neutral position about the mentally torched issue.

Some employees are agreed that there is not enough written policy on workplace violence.

Recommendations

They should

work on these area.

All the employees should be treated fairly and should be judge properly.

Upper level management should more cooperate with other employees.

Personal conflict should be avoided within the organization.

Employees need proper effective training to reducing workplace violence.

They need more concentration on mentally torch issue whether employees can work with satisfaction.

Conclusion

Our research and study on these report give us a great knowledge about the workplace violence of an organization. Workplace violence highly affect and destroy organizational frame work. In this organization, upper managerial employer more aware to reduce and control workplace violence problem. They have effective written policy and their employees are trained on workplace violence prevention. They take suitable corrective action to solve the violence problem.
