Handmade World is my attempt at creating a portal that puts people in contact with the work of amazing handmade goods.I recognized the need for an efficient, educational, and comprehensive e-commerce web site that helps customers learn about handmade goods and its making.In order to support of handmade goods, and in value of handmade goods over mass produced products for many reasons such as society, economy, value and the environment. I request you all to consider handmade goods over any other goods and help me in promoting handmade goods in India and on a global platform.Weavers and artisans will be benefited only when the source of income is regular. we can save this situation by promoting their products and improve their livelihood!

ProcessThe process of making knotted carpets is long and tedious. Sheep are washed in spring before cutting the wool. They are then shorn and the wool after being re washed is converted to yarn. For a silk carpet, the silk fibre is converted to yarn. The yarn is finally dyed in required colours.
