Why did we createSHERPA PLAYBOOK?In a world where scopes and priorities change at the speed of light, we had memorable experiences which showed us many times that focusing is the one and only solution.We do not see ourselves on the other side of the table. Whatever we do or create, we do by moving synchronously with you, our project owners. SHERPA PLAYBOOK is simply our confession declaring ‘how we work’ and is written to express clearly, our respect for the project owners for whom we will be designing digital experiences. In order to start working together properly, or to shake hands and split our ways right away…

To be able to keep our focusing quality over the standards we choose not to be a part of projects that require less than 60 M/H allocation per month.

DaaS standarts

/ How?

At the end of each month, we provide highly detailed timesheets (based on man/task/minute spent) for our project owners to justify the ROI of UX services delivered.

One way or another, if 100% of a project’s monthly resource allocation is not delivered, we take its remaining part starting from 50% and add it to the following month.We don’t like ineffectiveness, nor any kind of waste.

DaaS Subscription Packs

• If monthly man/hour allocation is exceeded, surplus (priorly approved by the project owner) is billed according to the related DaaS Pack. • Once there are clear signs of possible recursive monthly allocation exceeding or project owner’s consent, any project owner is allowed to upgrade to a higher DaaS pack with 30-

day notice. • All DaaS packs come up with 6 month-length contracts and the termination requires to provide at least 30 days notice. • DaaS standarts are applicable to all DaaS packs with no exception. • Any resource remaining between 51% - 99% of a month’s allocation due to any kind of (project owner or SHERPA related) reason, is transferred to the next month’s allocation. Use of

this remaining resource is limited to the “following month period”, SHERPA’s overall applicable resource capacity and subjects to SHERPA’s consent.
