WARRANTYSterling Lighting fixtures have a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all parts and components, with the exception of the lamp. The fixtures have a living finish and are intended to change color or patina over time.

Sterling Lighting warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Without charge, Sterling Lighting will either repair or replace the fixture. Sterling Lighting reserves the right to decide between repair or replacement of any properly installed Sterling Lighting product which fails under normal operating conditions and has not undergone abuse beyond normal wear-and-tear.

This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature such as lightning strikes, tornados, hurricanes, and floods. It covers only equipment manufactured or sold by Sterling

Lighting. It does not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer that may have been used in conjunction with Sterling Lighting equipment.

Sterling integrated LEDs come with a 5-year warranty. Sterling LED bulbs come with a 2-year warranty when used in a Sterling Lighting fixture.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued by Sterling Lighting prior to the return of any product.

FIELD REPAIRS RECOMMENDEDAll Sterling Lighting products are designed to be field repairable by a qualified installer. Sterling Lighting will provide component parts for field repairs as a significant cost and labor saving can be realized by the installer. All warranted components, as stated in the above warranty, which are installed in the field, will be honored.
