Ingredients 1 egg white 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour 1 pinch salt 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon of water 6 Encouragement strips 4″ x 1/2″ Direcons Preheat oven to 400 degrees and coat a cookie sheet with non sck spray. In a small bowl mix the egg white and va- nilla unl foamy but not sff. Add flour, salt, sugar, and water to the bowl and mix unl completely incorporated. Drop one tablespoon of baer unto cookie sheet. Using the back of a spoon, make circular moons on top of the baer unl you get a 3.5″ circle. Make sure baer is as even as possible.
