Masterchef Travel

Wild Dog Design were awarded the

website design and responsive build for the

launch of MasterChef’s entire new travel

programme. MasterChef Travel represents

another key part of the international

brand’s stable of products, working in

conjunction with Cox & Kings, travellers

will have the exciting opportunity to travel

with the MasterChef experts from around

the world, shopping for local ingredients,

learning to cook and prepare dishes in

some amazing location ranging from

Tuscany to Thailand.

Following a successful launch campaign in,

the MasterChef project includes the design

and responsive build of all four international

sites (USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand),

incorporating a sophisticated on-line

reservation and booking system.

Compass is the Cox & Kings flagship

magazine and has now been launched

in a responsive, on-line format;

including blogs and competitions.

Designed and responsively built in

WordPress by Wild Dog, we brought

a fresh and elegant light feel to

rewarding user experience whether

browsing on the mobile, or entering a

competition on their iPad.

Hubble Kitchens is a family run kitchen and

joinery company. Offering bespoke designs they

manufactures stylish, beautifully made furniture

for the contemporary home. Made and displayed

from their factory showroom on the West Sussex

coast, they create solutions for homes across

London and the south east.

In addition to a complete new website design and

build, Hubble kitchens commissioned us to create

a new brand ID that reflected their core values of

Bespoke, Modern, Design Led and Quality.

Highgate School

Highgate School, founded in 1565,

is one of London’s most prestigious

coeducational independent schools.

Following a successful three-way

pitch, Wild Dog were commissioned

to design & build a new look

responsive, informative and friendly

website with improved functionality

for prospective parents and

students. The project incorporated

a comprehensive UX and IA analysis,

a state of the art Joomla3 CMS and

development of a sophisticated,

calendar system.

Wild Dog are proud to have been

Bora

Bergen University College in

Bergen, Norway wanted to move

their existing BORA institutional

repository to the KnowledgeARC

cloud based archiving platform

and at the same time wanted to

rebrand and make more exciting

the user interface. Based upon

the DSpace archiving platform,

BORA is the first repository in the

world to be accessible through

a CMS (Joomla, in this case) and

also the first to be responsive and

available on mobile devices. It is

also multilingual in Norwegian

and English.

organisation. Requiring a distinctive

marque that would work well across

both their overseas and UK offices,

we created a classical typographical

‘stacked’ approach, incorporating both

serif and sans-serif fonts. A strong and

compact brand that retains her identity

well for their international clients, whom

are increasingly utilising hand-held

mobile devices to make both enquiries &

bookings from the website.

a Photographic competition microsite

for their new campaign “Experience the

Colours of Peru”; including supporting on

and off line advertising, and complete travel

agent ‘shop’ displays and POS to support &

promote the campaign.

The campaign ‘Colour of Peru’ concept

offers a creative outlet for all calibre of

photographer, whilst educating the viewer

to the rich and colourful heritage of Peru.

In addition to the competition mechanism,

the microsite also has a blog, useful

traveller information about Peru as well as

promoting the Peru tours which are offered

by Cox & Kings Travel. The site is fully

responsive and built in Word Press offering

the client complete control of their site.

approach was to embrace fully

the project title and opt for

an appropriate colour palette,

typographical and graphical icon

interface that complemented the

BOLD brand vision.


Cox & Kings

The most well established specialist

tour operator in the world, Cox & Kings

(established 1758) commissioned us

for a new web site. Stylish, elegant,

intuitive, and accessible were all part of

the brief’s keywords to be applied across

our complete design. Incorporating the

Home Page, multiple lower level page

and e-newsletter templates, the agency

worked closely with the companies CMS

data engineers in Mumbai to seamlessly

integrate the site through to launch.

Coode Associates is a specialist

C&K Cinema Campaign

A highly successful viral campaign

focusing on epic cinematic locations

Cox & Kings visit.

The campaign insight matches people’s

love for epic films with their desire to

travel to the beautiful locations in which

they are set. Cox & Kings’ travel heritage

offers a feeling of embarking on an epic

voyage to these iconic locations. We

located and photographed the art deco

Worthing Dome cinema to give a very real

‘walk through’ experience for the user.

The opportunity tied this feeling of

nostalgic travel, epic locations and

movies into an online campaign to drive

awareness of the cinematic locations Cox

& Kings visit; and launch the campaign

proposition to embark on a holiday

of cinematic proportions.

The campaign results exceeded

all KPI’s set.


Therapeutic Solutions

Therapeutic Solutions is a research-

based expert group funded by ex-

substance misuse service users who

are currently in recovery. Wild Dog

was commissioned to create a brand

ID that reflected their integrated

approach to supporting recovery. A

clean and elegant typographical style

& graphical device, with a light and

positive colour palette to reinforce

the graphics. Project included a

website design & build (WordPress)

with supporting marketing collateral.

Waterproof Expeditions

Waterproof Expeditions

specialises in photography,

diving, snorkeling, and cruise

experiences. We designed

the leaping dolphin/seal to

complement the company’s

heritage, which we had to fuse

with their strong partner brand

association with the Swedish

clothing manufacturer.

The result is a fresh new

fun brand ID.


Sussex Past

Wild Dog Design is proud to have

been commissioned by Sussex

Past to design & build their

new website, after a three-way

agency pitch.

The result is a super clean and

elegant CMS open-source site

built in WordPress site, with

full eCommerce facilities. The

site offers the various interest

groups and individual properties

complete autonomy to run and

manage their section of the site.

Safari Consultants

We designed and built specialist

operator, Safari Consultants’

new extensive website; including

their SEO audit and campaign

implementation. The client

required an easy to navigate

site, with open-source CMS at

the back-end for frequent site

updates. In terms of design, our

objective was to appeal to two

core audiences: those that are

already highly informed & well-

travelled in southern Africa, and

those who have a dream, but

need to be assisted in how to

realise it.

Travel Post

We designed, built & launched the

cruise specialist, Noble Caledonia’s

new Travel Post Community Site.

The site brings Noble Caledonia’s

past, existing and future

passengers together to reminisce

over trips taken, meet fellow

travellers, share and discuss travel

advice, keep up to date with daily

ship logs from the Captains and

expert Field Staff, whilst allowing

members to share photos.
