Centre for examination will be AMCHSS of SCTIMST, Medical College P.O., Trivandrum.Result of the Written Test will be published on the same day/ next day followed by TradeTest/Interview. Candidates are requested to come prepared to stay at Trivandrum for two/threedays.At the time of Test and/or Interview, the candidates must bring call letter and all originalcertificates/mark lists/documents along with one set of self attested photocopy, viz:

a. Admit Cardb. System Generated online application form duly signed by the candidate.c. Online Payment receipt or Stamped Pre-Acknowledgement Payment Formd. Photo ID Card bearing name as in the application form.e. Matriculation Certificate

f. All Certificates in proof of qualification (from pre degree/plus two certificate onwards)g. Duly signed experience certificate issued by the competent authorities clearly indicating

dates (from and to), stating the nature of the job and the required details as thenotification demands.

h. Caste certificate as applicable (SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy - Layer) category) in theprescribed format applicable for employment in Central Government Institutions issuedby a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar.

1. Physically Handicapped (Disability - 40% or more) - Certificate issued by MedicalBoard. (if applicable).

J. No Objection Certificate from the present employer if employed in Govt./Semi. Govt./ Autonomous Bodies etc.

k. Any other relevant certificate(s) as shown in the application.

Admit card can be downloaded from the Institute website one week before the date ofwritten exam. No hard copy of the Admit card will be sent by the Institute.
